Community Wellness Raffle

A Martija-HPE initiative promoting oral health education and prevention

The Martija-IHPE Community Wellness Raffle is a fun, community-centered initiative designed to raise awareness about oral health, preventive care, and health professions career pathways. All proceeds and participation support our outreach programming in medically underserved areas. Enter for a chance to win one of three curated wellness prize packages while contributing to a meaningful cause.

How to Enter

Follow & Engage

Follow Martija-IHPE on at least one social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, or Threads) and like or share a wellness education post.

Submit Your Entry

Complete the raffle entry form with your name, email, and the platform(s) you followed. Each platform follow counts as one entry up to six entries total.

Await the Drawing

Winners are selected randomly on December 31 at 3:00 PM (PT) and notified by email within 24 hours. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.

• Open to U.S. residents 13 years of age or older. Minors must have parental or guardian consent to enter.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
• Each person may submit one entry form. Multiple platform follows increase your entries (maximum 6 entries per person).
• Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 72 hours and a new winner will be selected.
• Martija-IHPE staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Prize values are approximate. Martija-IHPE reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
