Community Outreach & Pipeline Programming
Overview
Martija-IHPE coordinates structured career exploration programming for students in medically underserved areas (MUAs) and Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs). Outreach activities are designed to increase awareness of health professions pathways, provide realistic career information, and support informed decision-making. Programming is evidence-informed, longitudinal where possible, and conducted in partnership with schools and community organizations.
